Ken LaDuct

I began my insurance career in 1990 as a Premium Auditor, and spent the next 22 years in the underwriting disciplines with four major carriers. The valuable experience taught me the technical side of insurance products, and gave me the tools I employ today as an agent.  This experience has enabled me to help many clients resolve premium audit problems, as well as be creative in assisting them in finding solid insurance solutions at the best price. My strengths include a strong knowledge of the workers compensation classification system, along with commercial liability and commercial auto.

This background in commercial insurance lent well to venturing into personal insurance products, including home, auto, and umbrella policies, with an attention to detail that goes beyond the policies written, to the service provided to my customers.

I received my Bachelor of Business Administration from Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia.  Shortly afterward, I moved to the Midlands area of South Carolina, where I met my wife and made my home.  We have 3 daughters in different phases of their college studies.  I am an avid Gamecocks fan and enjoy attending games in many sports.  I'm also very active in my church, serving on the Worship and Production Team.  I also enjoy the beach, being outdoors, playing music, and working on my cars.
